Reviewing student information

Review student enrollment by course, verify that touchstones have been completed, and check quiz scores to ensure that students are on track for success.

Overview

Student participation in Breakroom for Learning can be tracked for the subscription account as a whole or for each individual course. In addition to viewing the names of all participating students, you can verify waiver answers, quiz grades, and course participation on a by-student basis.

Only World Owners and World Administrators can access the Dashboard.

Reviewing all participating students

You can access a list of all students involved with your courses by navigating to the Dashboard > Learning Management tab and clicking the User List button. In the User List window that appears, you can search for students by name, see all courses students have taken, and review waiver and quiz responses.

Reviewing students for a single course

You can also access student lists on a by-course basis by following the steps below.

1. Navigate to your Dashboard.

2. Click on the Learning Management tab, then click on the course you want to review.

3. Click the vertical ellipses in the top right corner of the main course card, and select Course Participants in the menu that appears.
