## Overview

Breakroom provides basic analytics reports in the form of an auto-generated CSV file, which [World Owners](https://docs.breakroom.tech/creating-and-managing-user-accounts/world-level-user-permissions#owner) and [World Administrators](https://docs.breakroom.tech/creating-and-managing-user-accounts/world-level-user-permissions#administrator) can download from the [Dashboard](https://docs.breakroom.tech/building-new-worlds/breakroom-dashboard-tour) or email to themselves.&#x20;

{% hint style="info" %}
Only [World Owners](https://docs.breakroom.tech/creating-and-managing-user-accounts/world-level-user-permissions#owner) and [World Administrators](https://docs.breakroom.tech/creating-and-managing-user-accounts/world-level-user-permissions#administrator) can access the Dashboard.

User visits are represented by rows, while key information is listed in each column.

<table><thead><tr><th width="157">Column</th><th>Contents</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Grid</td><td>This number corresponds to the grid, or World, the user accessed.</td></tr><tr><td>UserID</td><td>The ID of the user who visited your World.</td></tr><tr><td>Username</td><td>The user's name.</td></tr><tr><td>Region</td><td>The Region ID the user visited.</td></tr><tr><td>RegionName</td><td>The name of the Region the user visited.</td></tr><tr><td>LoginTime</td><td>When the user logged in.</td></tr><tr><td>LogoutTime</td><td>When the user logged out.</td></tr><tr><td>SpendTime</td><td>How long the user spent in a particular Region.</td></tr><tr><td>LoginFrom</td><td>Whether the user logged in from a <a href="desktop-viewers">desktop viewer</a> or via <a href="world-stream">World Stream</a>.</td></tr><tr><td>Session</td><td>The user's session ID.</td></tr><tr><td>Email</td><td>The email associated with the user's account.</td></tr></tbody></table>

{% hint style="warning" %}
Users may decline to share certain data by personalizing the [Analytics and Marketing Preferences](https://docs.breakroom.tech/getting-started/settings#analytics-and-marketing-preferences-settings) available under the Settings panel. If users decline to share their data, you may see this data (such as usernames, user IDs, and email addresses) replaced by asterisks in your analytics report.
