Choosing a starter avatar

Conservative, casual, or charming—Breakroom's starter avatars make an excellent first impression. Here's how to pick a starter avatar from your curated lineup.

Overview

You can pick a starter avatar when you register for a Breakroom account or log in for the first time. If your Breakroom World allows users to customize their avatars, you can then edit your starter avatar's appearance and browse for additional clothing and accessory items in the Breakroom Shop.

World Owners and World Administrators can enable and disable parts of the UI and self-registration via the Dashboard. You may not have access to every avatar customization option described in this section.

If self-registration is enabled, you can pick a starter avatar by following the prompts during the sign-up process. World Owners and World Administrators can change the starter avatar collection at any time through the Dashboard, so the collection of avatars you see may vary.

Selecting a starter avatar upon login

The Start Here panel is a part of the Breakroom conference system. If installed in a Region, this panel lets you browse through the starter avatar collection by clicking the Avatar button. To change your look, click the Click to select button corresponding to the avatar you'd like to use.
