Dashboard guide
Breakroom's Dashboard allows you to customize your world, manage your users, and access helpful analytics. Use our quick start guide to find the Dashboard documentation you need.
Overview
When it comes to managing your Breakroom subscription and making high-level decisions about your virtual world, our Dashboard is designed to make things easy. This page serves as a quick start guide to using the Dashboard, with helpful descriptions and direct links to our GitBook documentation organized to reflect the layout of the Dashboard itself. Click on each link for more information about Breakroom's many customization options and features.
Accessing your Dashboard
To see your Dashboard, log in to your Breakroom account by clicking the Log In button located in the top right corner of the Breakroom homepage.
Alternatively, you can log in to Dashboard via Curator by following the steps outlined below.
Visit the Curator login page.
Enter your login credentials and click the Sign In button.
Click the Grids tab at the top of the page.
Navigate to the world you want to edit and click the Dashboard button located in the lower right corner.
The Dashboard tabs
Dashboard
The main Dashboard tab contains a number of informational widgets and quick links to other areas of the Dashboard. In terms of live information, here you can review:
Your seat usage and information about your Daily Passes.
Your World Credit balance.
Your subscription status and your next billing date.
Your basic analytics.
Your branding status.
Links to your personal World Stream URL and your desktop applications.
World Customization
The World Customization tab automatically expands into a number of subtabs. Here you can enter a name for your virtual world, upload branding images for both World Stream and your desktop applications, make changes to the Shop filters and UI, and customize your regions and avatars. World Credits
The World Credits tab is where you can track your World Credit transactions, manage your World Credit purchase cap, and generate detailed transaction history and World Stream access reports.

Manage Users
The Manage Users tab is where you can add users to your account, assign them special administrative permissions, and monitor how your seats are being used. You can also purchase and manage Daily Passes. The following links contain more information and detailed instructions.

World Stream
The World Stream tab is where you can find usage statistics for your account, impose caps on World Stream usage, and purchase additional World Stream Minutes. The following links contain more information and detailed instructions.

Integration
The Integration tab allows you to integrate Eventbrite's online ticketing services with your virtual event. For more information and instructions, please see this page.
Billing
The Billing tab allows you to see and upgrade your current subscription and support plans, review your order history, access previous invoices, and edit your payment details.
Only Breakroom account Owners can make changes to their billing details or purchase additional products (such as World Stream Minutes).
Your Apps
The Your Apps tab is where you can find links to your custom Breakroom desktop applications (and, for advanced users, the Breakroom SDK). You can find more information about downloading and installing your applications on this page.
Analytics
The Analytics tab allows you to generate and download reports that offer insight into how your world is being accessed. You can learn more about the data contained in these reports and find detailed instructions by reviewing our dedicated analytics documentation.
Support Tickets
The Support Tickets tab allows you to submit and manage ticketed requests for assistance. Please note that while you can elect to mark your ticket as low, medium, high, or emergency priority, response times may vary. You can learn more by reviewing the Breakroom Terms of Service.
Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base tab contains quick links to relevant GitBook articles and documentation.
Settings
The Settings tab allows you to make key decisions about how and when your world can be accessed by other users. The following links contain more detailed information and instructions.
