World Stream requirements

Minimum:

• Operating System: 64-bit Windows 10 (update 20H2 or later if using Edge) or MacOS 10.92

• Memory (RAM): 4GB or more

• Internet speed: 10Mbps or above. Wired Internet connections offer superior performance.

• Browser:

  • Chrome version 91.0.4472.77 or higher

  • Firefox version 88.0 (standard) or higher

  • Edge version 90.0.818.66 (standard) or higher

  • The ability to share audio while screen sharing is currently only supported on Chrome or Edge running on a Windows PC.

• Additional:

  • Microphone required for voice chat

  • English language keyboard (local language keyboards are not supported at this time)

IMPORTANT: Browsers other than Chrome, Firefox, and Edge are not supported at this time. Linux is not supported.

Desktop system requirements

Low spec: 0-50 avatars in a space, simple scenes

Minimum specifications:

• Operating System: 64-bit Windows 10 or MacOS 10.92 (Linux available but unsupported)

• Memory (RAM): 8GB or more

• Storage: 4GB available space (2GB installed size, 2GB cache)

• CPU/GPU:

  • Intel: Intel i3 at 2Ghz+, with Intel UHD Graphics 620

  • AMD: AMD Athlon 3050U with Radeon Graphics, or better

• DirectX: Version 10

• Network: Broadband internet connection. Wired Internet connections offer superior performance.

• Additional:

  • Microphone required for voice chat

  • English language keyboard (local language keyboards are not supported at this time)

Please note that these specifications assume that Breakroom's graphics settings have been customized to the least demanding option ("Fastest," with the detail slider dragged to the far left). These recommendations also assume that the system is in good condition, with minimal background activity while using the application.

Medium spec: 50-100 avatars in a space, medium to complex scenes

Medium specifications:

• Operating System: 64-bit Windows 10 or MacOS 10.92 (Linux available but unsupported)

• Memory (RAM): 16GB or more

• Storage: 4GB available space (2GB installed size, 2GB cache)

• CPU/GPU:

  • Quad core or better Intel i5, or AMD equivalent

  • Discrete non-integrated GPU (may work with higher end integrated GPUs, such as AMD Radeon APUs)

• DirectX: Version 10

• Network: Broadband internet connection. Wired Internet connections offer superior performance.

• Additional:

  • Microphone required for voice chat

  • English language keyboard (local language keyboards are not supported at this time)

High spec: 200+ avatars in a space, complex scenes

High specifications:

• Operating System: 64-bit Windows 10 or MacOS 10.92 (Linux available but unsupported)

• Memory (RAM): 32GB or more

• Storage: 4GB available space (2GB installed size, 2GB cache)

• CPU/GPU:

  • Quad core or better Intel i5, or AMD equivalent

  • Discrete GPU, nVidia GeForce 1050M or better. (GeForce 1650 recommended)

• DirectX: Version 10

• Network: Broadband internet connection. Wired Internet connections offer superior performance.

• Additional:

  • Microphone required for voice chat

  • English language keyboard (local language keyboards are not supported at this time)

Some features may not work in MacOS clients older than OSX 10.11. We recommend updating to 10.12 or 10.13 if possible.

Unity and Sinespace SDK requirements

Minimum:

• Unity version: 2018.4.x - through 2018.4.36. Later versions may not work as intended

• Sinespace SDK: Available through Unity Asset Store
