Contacting the Customer Success Team

If you need to ask the Breakroom Customer Success Team a question, you can contact them at any time using the chat button located in the bottom right corner of your Dashboard. You are also welcome to visit our support portal, where you'll find additional FAQs and resources.

If you require technical assistance with your Breakroom service, you can submit a ticket through the Support Tickets tab on Dashboard. Please note that while you can elect to mark your ticket as low, medium, or high priority, response times may vary based on your support plan. You can learn more by reviewing the Breakroom Terms of Service.

Bug reports and development requests

The Report Feedback panel.
You can submit a bug report or product feedback in-world by pressing the F5 button. In addition to space for a written report, the Report Feedback panel includes the following options:
  • Include a log file: Checking this option will submit a log file of your recent activity to our development team along with your written report. Log files can assist our team in diagnosing and troubleshooting your problem.
  • This is a bug report: Checking this option will flag your submission as a bug report. Unchecking this option will flag your submission as feedback or a development request.
  • Include a screenshot: Checking this option will submit a screenshot of your current screen to our development team along with your written report.
