Need to restrict access to users with advanced permissions, or want to automatically throw open the doors on a particular date? Breakroom makes it easy to secure your virtual kingdom.
Breakroom's world status function allows you to restrict access to certain users with the flip of a switch. You can also schedule a day and time when your world will automatically become accessible to all of your users, and post a "world offline" message to keep everyone in the loop.
Click on the Settings tab in the left-hand column.
Under the World section, you will see a toggle button. The current world status will be displayed above the button. (For example, in the image above, you can see that the status is currently set to On.)
To set your world status to Off, click the toggle button.
A pop-up menu will appear. Please enter the date and time you would like your world to go live again. (You can always manually override this date and time by returning to the Settings tab and changing the world status toggle button back to On.) You can also enter an optional "world offline" message that users will see if they attempt to access your world.
